You can check here:




Can I get a refund if I register but don’t run?
No refunds under any circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement. We spend all the money we receive from runners on preparing for each event in advance, from buying all the shirts and medals to paying for business operations, including our employees’ salaries. This means that if an event is canceled or postponed because of weather, pandemics, or other forces beyond our control, we won’t be able to provide refunds. In these rare situations, we’ll convert the race to a virtual one and mail you your full race goodie bag.
Can I add packet mailing after I register?
Yes, you can add packet mailing after you register up to 3 weeks prior to race day. To add packet mailing after you have registered:

  • Login to your EnMotive account
  • Once logged in, click Registrations on the black toolbar on the left
  • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your registration and select ‘View Registration’
  • Scroll down and select Packet Mailing and add to your registration
Can someone else pick up my packet for me?
Yes! If someone is picking up your packet, please ensure they have either your confirmation email or a picture of your photo ID (a picture on their phone works great!).
Is there an age limit?
Runners must be 8 years of age or older to run the 5K, 10 years of age or older to run the 10K and 12 years of age or older to run the 15K.
Is there a gear check?
Yes, there will be gear check the morning of each event.
Can I change my swag size?
Yes, you can change your size after you register. To change sizes:

  • Login to your EnMotive account
  • Once logged in, click Registrations on the black toolbar on the left
  • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of your registration and select ‘View Registration’
  • Click edit next to products and make your selection.
What are the AWD (athletes with disabilities) guidelines and event rules?
Ventures Endurance happily welcomes all athletes to participate in our events. Athletes with Disabilities (AWD) include, but are not limited to the flowing athletes, Blade Runners, Visually Impaired Runners, Adaptive / Guided Runners, Pushed Athletes, Push Rim, Racing Chair and Hand Cycles.

To participate as an AWD athlete you must notify the Race Director of your participation a minimum of 20 days in advance. This allows our staff to ensure the safety and security of each athlete on the course prepare the ES (early starters) corral for athletes. Where can I run/walk?

Anywhere! This is your virtual run, and we want you to complete it wherever and whenever you want between the following dates:

5k – February 26 – April 1

10k – March 11 – April 15

15k – March 25 – April 29

Sidewalks, trails, and treadmills are all fair game. Want to make this a family run or walk with a stroller or your miniature schnauzer Sprinkles? Now’s the chance! Make the race you want.

What items are included with the Louisville Triple Crown of Running Virtual Runs?

The Louisville Triple Crown of Running Virtual Runs include all the same swag items as the live races, plus a virtual bib!

When do I need to complete my run?
You can complete your run anytime between the following dates:

5k: February 24-March 31

10k: March 10-April 14

15K: March 24-April 28

Once you complete a run, you can log your results online. After that, you can download your Finisher’s Certificate, see how you rank on our active leaderboard, and upload photos to share with fellow participants. To receive a Finisher’s Certificate, your run must be completed and logged by the end of the running periods listed above.

How do I track my distance and time?
For the Virtual Run, we accept results on the honor system, but the most accurate tracking is typically via a device with GPS tracking.
How do I log my results?
After you’ve completed your run, click the Log Result button on your Virtual Run registration to enter your time. Once you’ve entered your run time, click the Finisher Certificate button to download your personalized Finisher Certificate.
When will I get my 5K virtual packet?
If you are participating in the live 10k and/or 15k, you will be able pick up your items at packet pick up. If you are only participating in the 5K virtual event, your items will be shipped 1-2 weeks after the 10K on March 16.
When will my packet ship?
Race packets for the virtual runs will begin to ship within 1-2 weeks of each live event. If you register for all three distances to qualify for the exclusive jacket, your jacket will ship with your 15k runner’s kit.
Do I need to submit results to get a medal?
Nope! Your medal will be mailed to you with your race packet.
Do you ship internationally?
The Louisville Triple Crown Virtual Runs are currently available only for addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii*.

*Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping fee.

What do I do if my goodie bag doesn’t fit? Can I swap it?
We do not offer any size exchanges post packet shipment. All changes to sizes need to be made prior to confirming registration. We highly recommend that all participants take care to view our size charts (coming soon) to order the correct size.
